PESHAWAR: The court ordered the death penalty three times and a fine to the culprit of sexually assaulting, killing, and burning an 8-year-old girl.
According to the Police, the Culprit Asif Raza nicknamed “Malang” sexually assaulted and then brutally killed an eight-year-old girl, the culprit burned her body and threw her in a graveyard.
According to officials, a case was charged against the culprit under sections 364, 302, and 376. After completion of the investigation, the challan form was submitted to the court.
After being found guilty, the court sentenced the culprit to death 3 times and to pay a fine of 10 lakh rupees.
It should be noted that the incident took place on November 18, 2020, against which the people of the area had closed Kohat Road for all kinds of traffic for several days.
