4.7 magnitude earthquake jolts Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Kashmir

ISLAMABAD: A moderate earthquake of 4.0-magnitude jolted several parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab here on Tuesday.
According Pakistan Meteorological Department, the epicentre of the earthquake was near Hazro area in Punjab and occurred at a depth of 12km.
The earthquake tremors were felt in Peshawar, Nowshera, Haripur, Swabi and surrounding areas.
People rushed out of their houses and offices in panic. However, no loss of life or damage to property was reported.
