KARACHI: The coordination committee of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has instructed its recently elected members of the National Assembly to convene in Islamabad today (Wednesday).
During the session, which will include members of the MQM’s coordination committee from the National Assembly and the Senate, significant decisions will be made regarding the allocation of ministries in the government.
MQM leaders will deliberate during this gathering to determine whether they will align with the opposition or the government. Additionally, discussions will be held regarding the upcoming Senate and presidential elections, including whether they will support Asif Zardari’s candidacy.
