ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has constituted a combined investigation team (CIT) for investigation into fake accounts case as directed by the Supreme Court.
The decision was taken during a meeting of the NAB, which was chaired by chairman Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal. The meeting was attended by prosecutor general, DG NAB Rawalpindi and DG NAB operation.
The DG NAB Rawalpindi would be heading the CIT, while the chairman would personally supervise the work of CIT. The meeting reviewed the decision of the Supreme Court and decided that the apex court decision would be implemented in letter and spirit.
