The National Information Technology Board (NITB) in Islamabad officially introduced the Hajj application on a Wednesday.
This innovative application, developed to digitize Hajj operations, was inaugurated by Dr Umar Saif, the caretaker minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications, alongside Aniq Ahmed, the Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony.
Dr Umar Saif emphasized the considerable accomplishment of launching the Pak Hajj app, highlighting its role in simplifying access to essential information for pilgrims through a user-friendly interface.
He further noted the accelerated pace of digitization in the country, attributing it to the guidance provided by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
