Pak-Afghan forces exchange firing on Khost-Kurram border

PARACHINAR: Pakistani and Afghan security forces Sunday exchanged firing on Pak-Afghan border in Kurram Agency, in which casualties from sides were also feared.
According to local journalists and Afghan media, the clashes between the security forces of Pakistan and Afghanistan occurred in Khost-Kurram border areas.
According to Kurram Agency based journalists, the Pakistani security forces were attacked from Khost province, in which two Pakistani soldiers were injured. Afghan media claimed that two Pakistani soldiers were killed while four were captured by Afghan security forces.
Local tribesmen in Kurram agency also moved to border areas to support Pakistani security forces.
There is no officials confirmation from Pakistani authorities. However, Afghan local authorities in Khost confirmed the clashes between the security forces of the two countries.
