Pakistan Army Destroys Kandahar Oil Storage in Targeted Strikes

The Pakistan Army successfully destroyed oil storage facilities at Kandahar Airfield during a precise operation carried out under Operation Ghazab Lil-Haq. Security sources confirmed the strikes took place on the night of March 12 and 13.

Video footage released after the operation shows the impact of the strikes, clearly highlighting the destruction of the targeted oil storage sites. According to officials, these facilities were being used by the Afghan Taliban and other militant groups to support their activities in the region.

The operation is part of Pakistan’s ongoing efforts to dismantle militant infrastructure and weaken networks that threaten regional security. Security sources emphasized that Operation Ghazab Lil-Haq will continue until all strategic objectives are achieved.

Authorities stated that the military remains committed to taking strong and precise action against terrorism, ensuring that militant resources and logistical hubs are systematically targeted to limit their operational capabilities.

The Pakistan Army’s recent success at Kandahar Airfield underscores the continued focus on disrupting the support systems of militant groups along the Afghanistan border. The operation also signals the determination of security forces to maintain pressure on groups involved in cross-border attacks.
