Pakistan has condemned recent hostile comments made by Indian leaders. This includes speeches delivered in Bihar and statements issued by India’s Ministry of External Affairs. According to Pakistan’s Foreign Office, these remarks are “deeply troubling” and “divorced from reality.”
On May 29, 2025, during a media briefing, the spokesperson for Pakistan’s Foreign Office strongly criticized the Indian leadership. He said their comments show a mindset rooted in enmity, not peace. He added that such rhetoric undermines regional harmony and stability.
He further said blaming Pakistan for instability in the region is unfair and misleading. “India’s aggressive actions and its support for terrorism inside Pakistan are well-documented,” the spokesperson noted. “The world is aware of these facts. No propaganda can hide the truth.”
As India Pakistan tensions rise again, the spokesperson reiterated Pakistan’s consistent stance. He stressed that the Kashmir dispute remains the most serious threat to peace in South Asia. Pakistan, he said, stands firm on a peaceful and just settlement of the issue. He called for a solution according to the UN Security Council’s resolutions and in line with the Kashmiri people’s aspirations.
He warned that ignoring the core issue of Kashmir will only increase mistrust and lead to more conflict in the region. The recent statements from Indian officials, he said, highlight the failure of warmongering and pressure tactics. “India cannot and will not achieve its political goals through threats or force,” he declared.
While reaffirming Pakistan’s dedication to peaceful dialogue, the spokesperson sent a clear message. Pakistan is ready to protect its borders and defend its national sovereignty against any aggression.
He concluded by saying that lasting peace in South Asia needs maturity and responsibility. “We need to address the root causes of conflict, not chase short-term political gains,” he said.
These India Pakistan tensions highlight the urgent need for diplomacy. Escalation and confrontational politics will only worsen the situation. The only path forward is honest negotiation and respect for international law.
