Pakistani ambassadors across the globe are stepping up their efforts to counter Indian propaganda and present Pakistan’s true image to the world.
Belgium
In Brussels, Pakistan’s Ambassador to Belgium, Rahim Hayat Qureshi, met with Birgit Stevens, Director General for Bilateral Affairs at the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The meeting focused on enhancing ties between Pakistan and Belgium. Both sides discussed political, economic, and people-to-people relations in detail.
Ambassador Qureshi also raised serious concerns over Indian propaganda. He pointed out how India has been spreading false narratives and taking unilateral actions to malign Pakistan.
United States
In Washington, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States, Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, made a strong appeal to President Donald Trump. Speaking to Newsweek in an exclusive interview, he asked the U.S. President to play a peacemaker’s role.
Ambassador Sheikh said if President Trump wants to leave behind a legacy of peace, he should focus on South Asia. He stressed that no conflict zone is more dangerous in nuclear terms than Kashmir. He underlined that Indian propaganda and illegal measures have increased tensions in the region. He urged the U.S. to intervene and help ease the situation between Pakistan and India.
Iran
Meanwhile in Tehran, Pakistan’s Ambassador Mudassir Tipu spoke to the media about India’s recent hostile moves. He called India’s latest actions illegal and in violation of global norms. He condemned India’s attempt to suspend the Indus Waters Treaty, branding it a breach of international law.
Ambassador Tipu said Indian propaganda cannot justify these actions. He reminded the media that Pakistan’s National Security Committee had labeled any such water blockade an act of war. He also warned that limiting cross-border movement could create a humanitarian disaster.
Pakistani diplomats are working hard to expose India’s false claims. They are challenging every form of anti-Pakistan propaganda. From Europe to America and the Middle East, they are actively defending Pakistan’s stance and pushing back against Indian misinformation.
