The Pakistan’s Ministry of Information exposes Indian propaganda on Gaza troop deployment, rejecting false claims circulated by Indian media that Pakistan had agreed to send troops to Gaza and recognise Israel. The ministry clarified that the reports were entirely fabricated, with no basis in reality, and were part of India’s ongoing misinformation campaign against Pakistan.
According to the ministry, the Indian outlet First Post published a baseless story alleging that Pakistan’s military leadership had signed an agreement with the CIA and Mossad to send 20,000 Pakistani soldiers to Gaza. Information Minister Attaullah Tarar categorically denied the report, stating that Pakistan has neither recognised Israel nor held any discussions regarding troop deployment.
Tarar emphasised that neither the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) nor the Foreign Office had ever issued or supported any statement related to a military mission in Gaza. He accused First Post of violating journalistic ethics by misquoting a private newspaper and fabricating details through unverified “intelligence leaks.”
The minister further noted that First Post relied on unreliable sources such as CNN-News18, which has a consistent record of publishing unverified and misleading information. He asserted that Pakistan’s stance on Palestine remains “clear and principled,” rooted in unwavering support for the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination.
Attaullah Tarar also condemned the Modi-backed Indian media for spreading lies to malign Pakistan, saying that their propaganda had reached “laughable levels.” The Pakistan’s Ministry of Information exposes Indian propaganda on Gaza troop deployment once again highlights India’s repeated attempts to manipulate narratives for political gain.
