Islamabad: An application has been submitted to a local court in Islamabad, where the petitioner, Advocate Faisal Chaudhary, the brother of Fawad Chaudhary, is seeking legal directives from relevant authorities to present Fawad Chaudhary before the court.
Advocate Faisal Chaudhary contends in his petition that Fawad Chaudhry should be released from what he believes to be unlawful detention and custody.
The incident in question transpired when a group of individuals, which included legal practitioners and law enforcement officers, converged at the scene around noon.
Notably, Fawad Chaudhry was not the subject of any ongoing investigation or involved in any legal case, yet he was reportedly taken into custody under circumstances that raised significant questions.
Adding to the matter, Hiba Wafa, the wife of Fawad Chaudhary, confirmed the arrest of her husband from their residence in Islamabad.
She expressed deep concerns about Fawad’s well-being, particularly his sudden transfer to an undisclosed location, which has further intensified the uncertainty surrounding his situation.
