Barrister Abdullah Mumtaz Kahloon, the PTI candidate, has announced his departure from the party ahead of the upcoming general elections.
The decision follows Kahloon’s absence from Islamabad airport, which sparked attention. Dismissing rumors of his kidnapping circulating on social media, Kahloon clarified that he is with a friend and has chosen not to participate in the elections scheduled for February 8 due to illness, preventing him from appearing before the high court.
Addressing the events of May 9, Kahloon condemned the vandalism and called for those responsible to face justice through a trial. Emphasizing his support for the Pak Army and the state, he expressed a commitment to standing up for their interests.
