PTI has strongly denied the rumors about replacing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur with Special Assistant Sohail Afridi. Party sources confirmed that no such decision has been made, terming the reports as baseless and aimed at creating division within the party.
PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan dismissed all such claims, saying no discussion or decision regarding the removal of Ali Amin Gandapur had taken place. He said these fake and fabricated reports are part of a conspiracy to weaken and divide the party. He warned that those spreading false information would not succeed in creating internal discord.
Barrister Gohar emphasized that the party stands united under the leadership of Ali Amin Gandapur and will strongly counter every attempt to mislead the public. He added that such conspiracies aim to destabilize PTI from within, but the leadership remains steadfast and united. “Ali Amin Gandapur is our Chief Minister, and all rumors against him are completely baseless,” he reiterated.
Meanwhile, KP Chief Minister’s Special Assistant Sohail Afridi also denied the circulating reports, calling them false and fabricated. He clarified that there has been no decision at the provincial government level regarding any change in leadership. “I have full trust in Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and Chairman Imran Khan. We remain loyal to our leadership,” he said.
