ISLAMABAD: A civil court Saturday declared PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur as proclaimed offender and rejected the bail application of the PTI leader.
Civil Judge Rana Mujahid Rahim heard a case against the leaders of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for violating Section 144 in Islamabad. Raja Khurram Nawaz appeared in court, while Ali Nawaz Awan’s application for exemption from appearance was accepted.
The court rejected bail application of Ali Amin Gandapur over his continuous absence from the hearing. The court declared the PTI leader as proclaimed offender and adjured the hearing till April 12.
