Reacting to the decision, PTI ex-MNA from Malakand Junaid Akhbar said that we learned nothing from past mistakes. The decisions seems to be based on specific groups and ideologies rather than merit. The party has brought donkeys and horses into the field together. May Allah protect Imran Khan. Amen.”

Rehan Zeb Khan, who applied for the NA-8 Bajaur ticket, also criticized the party’s decision, stating that only 2 families received 5 tickets in Bajaur, which cannot be the decision of my leader. Perhaps I don’t have the money, but dedication and hard work are necessary which can’t be defeated by any force. Time will prove who stood on the right side of history.

Another candidate, Aman Afridi, reacted to the list, stating that he applied for the party ticket for the third time but didn’t secure it again.
