RAWALPINDI: The Punjab police have rearrested vice chairman of PTI Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Jamshed Cheema and spokesperson of the PTI Musarat Jamshed Cheema after their release from Adiala jail on Tuesday.
According to details, the PTI leaders were released from the jail on the Islamabad High Court orders. However, when they came out of the jail, the Punjab police rearrested them. Meanwhile, the Punjab police also claimed to have arrested Khadija Shah, accused in Jinnah House attack, case.
Earlier, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) had ordered to release Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi after he submitted his undertaking.
The high court had directed Qureshi to sign an undertaking affirming that he would abstain from creating agitation and inciting workers.
