Lahore: Punjab Transport Company (PTC) has announced a paid internship programme for students and fresh graduates, offering young individuals an opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional environment.
According to an official statement issued by the company, the internships will be offered for a period of two months. The programme aims to provide hands-on exposure and enhance the professional skills of students and graduates.
The internship programme is available in five different departments, including Information Technology, Operations and Planning, Finance and Accounts, Engineering and Infrastructure (Civil), and Marketing and Communication. Candidates with an interest in these fields are encouraged to apply.
Regarding eligibility, PTC stated that applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant discipline from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognised institution. Students currently enrolled in relevant degree programmes are also eligible to apply, provided they submit a reference letter from their university.
The company further announced that selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of Rs50,000 during the internship period. However, it clarified that the internship is temporary in nature and does not guarantee permanent employment. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further process.
As per the application procedure, interested candidates are required to submit their CV or resume via email at careers@ptc.gop.pk.
Punjab Transport Company has set January 28, 2026, as the last date for submitting applications. The company also reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.
