Four RAW agents in Karachi have been arrested in a high-stakes operation led by Pakistan’s security agencies and the Special Investigation Unit (SIU). The breakthrough was confirmed by SSP Shoaib Memon during a detailed press briefing.
The detained individuals were linked to India’s premier intelligence agency, RAW. According to SSP Memon, these operatives were in direct contact with Indian Army Colonel Ranjit. Their actions posed a serious threat to national security.
Authorities recovered a cache of weapons, a vehicle, and explosive materials from the suspects. Investigators revealed that the RAW agents in Karachi were secretly sending photographs and geotagged military locations to handlers across the Indian border.
All four suspects belonged to the Sujawal district. SSP Memon disclosed that they had illegally crossed the Indian border more than 20 times. Their movements were carefully tracked during the investigation.
Cases have been registered against them under espionage and anti-state laws. The RAW-linked suspects are now under interrogation. Investigators are working to uncover more names within the Indian intelligence network operating in Pakistan.
The presence of Indian spies in Karachi shows the extent of foreign infiltration. SSP SIU confirmed that efforts are ongoing to dismantle this broader web of espionage.
This development once again highlights the need for robust counter-intelligence operations. It also reflects the increasing threat posed by Indian agents who aim to destabilize Pakistan from within.
