MOSCOW: Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said the country would seek out and “destroy” senior Ukrainian officials if they were found to be involved in the deadly shooting incident outside Moscow that left more than 60 dead and over 100 injured.
In a statement on Telegram, Medvedev asserted, “If it is confirmed that these individuals are terrorists from the Kyiv regime… all of them must be located and ruthlessly eliminated as terrorists.” He also warned that any state official found guilty of such a crime would face consequences.
Russian authorities have reported that at least 40 people lost their lives and 100 sustained injuries in the gunfire attack at the concert hall in the Moscow suburbs.
