The Chair asked him to debate the matter on Friday or speak on this matter of public importance after conclusion of debate on adjournment motion on petroleum prices. However, he insisted to speak immediately on which the Chair did not allow.
Around 7-8 Senators gathered around the insisting lawmaker and tried to convince him to take his time when debate on adjournment motion is over. Chairman Senate repeatedly asked the Senator Hafiz Hamdullah to sit on his seat otherwise he would name him.
