Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori has issued the Sindh Agricultural Income Tax (Amendment) Ordinance 2025, providing significant relief to farmers across the province on agricultural income taxation.
Under the new ordinance, farmers will receive substantial tax concessions aimed at supporting the agricultural sector and easing their financial burden. The amendment also sets November 15, 2025, as the final date for submitting agricultural income tax payments.
Governor Tessori expressed optimism that this initiative will promote agricultural growth in Sindh and offer real financial support to the farming community. He noted that the move aligns with the provincial government’s broader agenda to empower farmers, enhance productivity, and strengthen the rural economy.
