HANGU: At least six soldiers were injured in a mine blast targeting security forces convoy in the Khadizai area of Upper Orakzai, official sources said on Friday.
The security forces convoy was enroute from Ghaljai when their vehicle hit the mine. The injured have been shifted to the nearby military camp for medical treatment. The vehicle was completely destroyed as a result of the explosion. Security forces have cordoned off the area and started a search operation in the area following the mine blast.
