RAWALPINDI: A special court judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain hearing the cipher case against former Prime Minister Imran Khan and former Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi in Adiala Jail adjourned hearing till November 21.
Judge Abu Alhasnaat Zulqurnain presided over hearings in Adiala Jail and decided to adjourn them in light of a stay order issued by the Islamabad High Court till November 20.
Qureshi’s lawyer Barrister Taimur Malik reached Adiala Jail. Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s wife Mehreen Qureshi and daughter Mehr Bano Qureshi also reached Adiala Jail.
PTI chairman’s sisters Aleema Khan and Uzma Khanum also reached Adiala Jail.
Official Secret Act Special Court Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain reached Adiala Jail amid tight security. Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Begum also reached Adiala Jail.
Judge Abu Al-Hasanat Zul-Qarnain left Adiala Jail. FIA Special Prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbas Naqvi told the media that persons hearing has been postponed in the light of the Islamabad High Court’s prohibition order and no witnesses were presented by the prosecution.
