ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s top court on Saturday released the Judges Roster and Cause List for the upcoming week with a full court bench and five regular benches set to conduct hearings starting from Monday.
Bench number one includes Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa, along with Justice Aminuddin and Justice Athar Minallah. Bench number two includes Justice Tariq Masood, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Musrat Hilali.
Bench number three includes Justice Ejaz ul Hasan, Justice Muneeb Akhtar and Justice Shahid Waheed. Bench number four includes Justice Yahya Afridi, Justice Mazhar Naqvi and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar.
Finally, bench number five includes Justice Jamal Mandokhail, Justice Ayesha Malik and Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi.
The full court bench will hold resume the hearing on Supreme Court Practice and Procedural Act on October 3, under the chairmanship of the CJ Faez Isa.
