Pakistan’s textile industry marked a historic milestone with the successful conclusion of Textile Asia 2025. This landmark event resulted in trade deals worth nearly $550 million. Several major investment agreements were also signed during the exhibition.
The three-day expo, organized by E-commerce Gateway Pakistan, was backed by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC). Around 67,000 business visitors attended. Over 500 multinational companies from 20 countries across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East took part.
Global delegations from China, Turkey, Russia, and others showcased advanced textile technologies. Their presence boosted international confidence in Pakistan’s economic resilience and manufacturing capacity. The global turnout showed rising belief in Pakistan as a hub for textile exports and industrial growth.
Dr. Khurshid Nizam, President of E-commerce Gateway Pakistan, described Textile Asia 2025 as a turning point for the country. He said the event helped bring Pakistan’s vision of becoming a global textile leader closer to reality. Azier Nizam, the Project Director, added that the international response exceeded all expectations.
The exhibition also featured in-depth presentations by experts. Topics included sustainability, automation, and smart technologies in textile production. These sessions underlined Pakistan’s dedication to modern, globally aligned manufacturing practices.
Business leaders hailed the expo as a breakthrough in export development, investment appeal, and international partnerships. Textile Asia 2025 served as a platform to build strong ties between Pakistani firms and foreign investors.
The huge turnout and business activity at the event reflected Pakistan’s rising profile in the international textile market. Participants expressed a strong commitment to continuing innovation and export-driven growth.
This 29th edition of the exhibition is the biggest textile show in the nation’s history. It placed Pakistan firmly on the global map through technology adoption and eco-friendly initiatives in the textile sector.
