TikToker Nadeem Mubarak has been cleared in a case related to the promotion of an online gambling application, according to investigation officials.
The investigating officer has formally written to the Deputy Director of the National Cyber Crime Wing (NCCIA), requesting the removal of Mubarak’s name from the Passport Control List (PCL).
According to the letter, a case was earlier registered against Nadeem Mubarak, also known as Nadeem Nani Wala, for allegedly promoting a gambling app. His name was placed on the PCL after he initially failed to cooperate with the investigation.
However, after securing bail, Mubarak joined the investigation process. As a result, officials say he fully cooperated with authorities.
The investigation has now concluded that Mubarak is not guilty. Therefore, the officer has stated that there is no objection to removing his name from the Passport Control List.
Authorities have requested formal approval to proceed with the removal.
