Chief Justice orders forensic audit of mineral water company

CHARSADDA: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP), Justice Saqib Nisar has said that it is time for the judiciary to deliver adding that we will not be able to achieve our goals otherwise.
Addressing bar members in Charsadda on Friday, the chief justice said that institutions are made of people.
He also called for workshops for judges to ensure trial courts dispense with cases swiftly.
Chief Justice lamented that decades-old cases are still pending in various courts of the country.
During his remarks, he also asked the audience to bring forward if they have any pressing cases related to fundamental rights.
