TTA Losses in Pak-Afghan Border Conflict Highlight Pakistan’s Military Precision

On 28 February 2026, Pakistan security forces launched a decisive response along the Pak-Afghan border, resulting in significant TTA losses in Pak-Afghan border conflict. This operation targeted multiple forward TTA posts after hostile actions on 26 February.

The retaliation degraded TTA’s military capabilities and allied infrastructure across all sectors. Several TTA posts were captured, and additional positions were destroyed. Attempts by TTA to regroup or advance were neutralized by precise mortar, artillery, and small arms fire.

Confirmed TTA losses in Pak-Afghan border conflict are staggering: 332 killed, over 535 injured, 130 posts destroyed, 26 posts captured, and 171 tanks, APCs, and vehicles neutralized. Air operations targeted 41 strategic locations along the front.

In several areas, TTA forces raised white flags, signaling an unwillingness to continue fighting. The Ghudwana Enclave, spanning 32 square kilometers in the Zhob sector, is now firmly under Pakistani control, with nearby TTA positions vacated. Captured weapons, vehicles, and equipment have been secured and transported to rear headquarters.
