Lakki Marwat attack left two police personnel martyred when unidentified gunmen opened fire on them in Machan Khel Adda.
According to police, the incident occurred when the officers were traveling from Bego Khel village to report for duty. The assailants ambushed them on the way, resulting in their martyrdom on the spot.
A police spokesperson confirmed that the attackers fled immediately after the Lakki Marwat attack. The bodies of the martyred policemen were shifted to the city hospital.
Security forces have launched a search operation in the area following the Lakki Marwat attack. Authorities have vowed to bring the perpetrators to justice.
