The Supreme Court of Colorado made history by disqualifying Donald Trump from participating in the presidential primary scheduled for March 5, 2024. This marks the first instance in U.S. history where a court has invoked the 1868 clause to bar a presidential candidate.
In response, a spokesperson for Donald Trump criticized the decision as ‘undemocratic’ and announced plans to appeal the ruling to the U.S. Supreme Court.
