KARAK: A woman in a remote village of in Karak district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa killed her two children before before turning the gun on herself, according to authorities.
According to police, the accident took place in Monakhel village of Karak district.
The police believe the incident stemmed from a domestic dispute. However, the woman’s brothers have accused her in-laws of being responsible for the deaths, naming the woman’s father-in-law and brother-in-law as suspects in the FIR.
The woman’s husband was not at home at the time and is not listed in the FIR. Following the FIR, the accused have fled, and police are actively searching for them.
