Anti-terrorism cancelled the arrest warrant of PTI activist Khadija Shah.
The details reveal that in the Askari Tower attack case, the Anti-Terrorism Court cancelled the arrest warrant of Khadija Shah, the daughter of the former Finance Minister.
Earlier, Khadija Shah appeared in the court and completed the attendance, Khadija Shah assured to appear in the court on the upcoming hearing, and duty judge Arshad Javed adjourned the further hearing of the case till May 2.
It should be noted that Dr Yasmin Rashid, Omar Sarfraz Cheema, and other accused individuals have been identified in the case, and the court issued an arrest order for Khadija Shah’s absence
On Dec. 28 she was granted bail by a local court in Quetta, arrested in cases of attacks on Jinnah House, Askari Tower and torching police vehicles.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) also arrested her in a cybercrime case of posting social media messages to incite people against the army during the May 9 violence.
