Azad Kashmir: Arrest warrant for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) nominated Chief Minister for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur issued on Thursday.
As per details, the Election Commission of Azad Kashmir has issued an arrest warrant for Ali Amin Gandapur, the nominated chief minister candidate of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
Gandapur is facing allegations of violating the code of conduct during the elections in Azad Kashmir.
A letter has been dispatched to the Deputy Commissioner of Dera Ismael Khan, requesting the arrest of Ali Amin Gandapur.
The letter specifies that Gandapur must appear before the Azad Kashmir Election Commission by February 28.
This request stems from a complaint filed by Raja Zulqarnain against PTI’s candidate during the 2021 elections.
