The electricity tariff is likely to see a raise of around Rs3.53 per unit. The Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA) has submitted an application with the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) seeking an increase in the rates under fuel price adjustment. In the event of approval, the decision will not be applicable to K-Electric consumers. PESHAWAR: At least three terrorists were killed in two intelligence-based operations by the security forces  conducted in Dera Ismail Khan and Waziristan, said the Inter-Services Public Relations on Tuesday. In the first operation, conducted in the Kulachi area of DI Khan on Monday, two terrorists were killed following a significant exchange of gunfire. Another operation in Kot Azam, South Waziristan, resulted in the death of one more terrorist.
