ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi appeals against the convictions in the cipher case for hearing on May 21.
Chief Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb will preside over the hearing.
Previously, the hearing scheduled for May 15 was postponed due to the cancellation of the Chief Justice’s court cause list. During the upcoming session, it is expected that Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Special Prosecutor Hamid Ali Shah will complete his arguments.
Following the prosecutor’s presentation, the defense lawyers for the PTI founder will present their arguments.
