ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has restrained the police from arresting Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Sanam Javed in connection with the May 9 incident. The Islamabad High Court has granted a one-week protective bail to PTI leader Sanam Javed.
Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb of the IHC announced the decision while hearing Sanam Javed’s application. The court also instructed Sanam Javed to appear before the concerned court within a week.

It’s important to note that the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore had previously issued arrest warrants against Sanam Javed and PTI leader Rubina Jamil related to the May 9 events.
