Islamabad accountability court issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Malik Riaz and his son Ahmed Ali Riaz in connection with the 190-million-pound scandal case.
Barrister Ziaul Mustafa Naseem, Zulfi Bukhari, and Farah Khan are also subject to similar warrants, as per the court’s directives.
Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir has summoned the accused to appear on December 6. Additionally, a report for the upcoming hearing has been requested.
Notably, the hearing for the 190-million-pound corruption case is slated to take place at Adiala Jail, marking a crucial turn in the legal proceedings.
