PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has received last-minute invitation to the crucial Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) meeting, scheduled in Islamabad for today, May 25.
Chaired by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the gathering aims to approve vital investment projects essential for the region’s development.
Initially, the absence of KP’s representation raised concerns. However, in a welcome turn of events, the Federation extended an invitation to Chief Minister Gandapur, marking a crucial step towards inclusive decision-making.
Gandapur confirmed his attendance, emphasizing the importance of KP’s participation in endorsing projects vital for the region’s prosperity. “I will definitely attend the meeting,” he assured during a special conversation with a private tv channel.
The inclusion of KP’s chief in the SIFC meeting underscores a commitment to equitable development across Pakistan’s regions.
