The Federal Ombudsman Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment (FOSPAH) has issued notices to former NAB chairman Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal and 11 others in the Tayyaba Gul harassment case.
FOSPAH Chairperson Fauzia Viqar conducted a hearing based on a 2022 case filed by Gul, who accused Iqbal and other NAB officials of sexual harassment and rape.
The accused, including Iqbal, are directed to appear on January 16 to respond to the serious allegations raised by Gul.
