Rawalpindi: The Pak-China Joint Exercise Warrior-VIII between the Pakistan Army and China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) concluded today.
The military drill, which focused on counter-terrorism, lasted three weeks and marked the eighth edition of the annual collaboration. The exercise showcased advanced military tactics and strengthened cooperation between the two nations.
A Distinguished Visitors’ Day (DVD) ceremony was held at the Tilla Field Firing Range to mark the conclusion. Lieutenant General Shahid Imtiaz, Commander of the Rawalpindi Corps, attended as the chief guest. The Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan, along with other dignitaries from China, was also present at the event.
Both Pakistani and Chinese officials praised the troops for their exceptional professionalism during the Pak-China Joint Exercise. They commended the high standards of skills and coordination displayed throughout the training.
The Pak-China Joint Exercise Warrior-VIII has further deepened military ties between Pakistan and China. It reflects their shared commitment to counter-terrorism and regional security.
