LAHORE: Punjab Police have developed an action plan in anticipation of a potential Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) rally in Lahore on September 21.
All station house officers (SHOs) have been tasked with apprehending the remaining suspects linked to the incidents of May 9. Divisional superintendents of police (SPs) will supervise this crackdown.

According to police officials, the final security arrangements will be determined once the rally venue is confirmed. Security personnel will be deployed following approval from the district administration, and entry points at the rally site will be monitored by cameras.
Additionally, officers stationed at the entry gates will have access to images and information about the wanted suspects from the May 9 events.
