JAMSHORO: A tragic incident in Jamshoro claimed the lives of a woman and her two children after they consumed poisonous food.
According to hospital sources, the two children passed away earlier, followed by their mother, raising the death toll to three. The victims were residents of Sehwan’s Khosa Muhalla in Jamshoro.
Three other members of the affected family are currently receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where their condition is being closely monitored.
This heartbreaking event echoes a similar tragedy that occurred earlier in Tandlianwala, Punjab, where four young girls and their mother died after consuming poisoned food.
The police confirmed that the victims were identified as three-year-old Farzana, four-year-old Aqsa, five-year-old Rukhsana, eight-year-old Muskan, and their 34-year-old mother, also named Muskan.
The Tandlianwala incident occurred on May 5, in a town located approximately 40 kilometers from Faisalabad and 45 kilometers from Okara.
