Torrential rains and floods have devastated the area, submerged dozens of villages, and destroying crops. In the regions of Ziarat Jhal Magsi, Sahbatpur, and Sibi, everywhere there is water , and the rivers and streams are overflowing. In the areas of Quetta, Khuzdar, Lasbela, and others, 11 people have lost their lives due to lightning strikes and drowning in floodwaters, including 7 children, and 8 people have been injured.
The rains have completely destroyed 15 houses and partially damaged 34, leaving 343 people homeless. 82 livestock have died, and 62 acres of crops have been destroyed. Five bridges have been washed away, and 12 kilometers of roads have been affected.
