GHOTKI: A devastating collision between a passenger bus and a trailer truck on the In Sukkur-Multan motorway the early hours of Monday has resulted in the loss of at least 8 lives, with 10 others injured. The bus, traveling from Mansehra to Karachi, crashed into the trailer truck, leaving a trail of destruction and chaos.
Rescue teams promptly arrived at the scene and transported the bodies and injured to Tehsil Hospital Ghotki for medical treatment and formalities. The deceased include women and children, with four individuals in critical condition.
The victims have been identified as Noor Elahi, Shagufta, Rozina, Uneeba, and Hasnat.
This tragic incident comes just months after a similar accident in May, where a passenger coach collided with a trailer in Ghotki, resulting in 4 fatalities and several injuries
