The government also decided to upgrade infrastructure in colleges. Modern IT labs will be set up in 166 government colleges to give students better access to technology. At the same time, a new system of performance evaluation will be introduced for teachers, principals, and institutions to improve overall quality.

The Honhaar Scholarship Programme will now cover 62,949 students at once, which is the highest number ever in the province. The Chief Minister approved electric buses for students and ordered that special and minority students be included on merit in the second phase of the laptop scheme. The first phase already benefited over 38,000 students, while more than 142,000 have applied for the next phase.
Officials also reviewed academic results and shared that nearly 994,000 students appeared in Grade 8 exams. Female students showed strong performance, achieving a 92 percent success rate and securing top positions, while male students recorded an 84 percent success rate.
