Former Pakistan cricket captain Shoaib Malik has performed Umrah, sharing a heartfelt moment from the Holy Kaaba with his fans on social media.
The all-rounder posted a photograph taken in front of the Kaaba in Makkah, which quickly went viral across social platforms. Along with the image, Malik wrote a short prayer, expressing hope that
“every Muslim is blessed with this spiritual experience. Ameen.”
The post received an overwhelming response from fans and fellow cricketers, who congratulated Malik and prayed for his continued success and peace.
It is worth mentioning that Shoaib Malik recently announced his retirement from the Pakistan Super League (PSL), bringing an end to a decade-long association with the tournament. Earlier this month, he also celebrated his wedding anniversary with his second wife, actor Sana Javed, sharing glimpses of the occasion online.
Malik remains one of Pakistan’s most prominent cricketing figures, and his spiritual journey has resonated strongly with fans at home and abroad.
