Thirty-six startups selected in Islamabad will receive mentorship, training and business support under the sixth cohort of the National Incubation Center Islamabad.
The startups were chosen after the centre reviewed more than 800 applications. An orientation ceremony marked the launch of the new cohort, bringing together young entrepreneurs, industry representatives and guests.

Khyber Network Executive Director Kaiwan Hamid Raja and Social and Welfare Initiative (SAWI) President Marriam Kaiwan attended the event as guests of honour. They also met the founders of the selected startups and discussed their business ideas.

Cyber Vision International CEO Murtaza Zaidi delivered the welcome address, while PTML’s Sania Ejaz highlighted the importance of industry partnerships. Programme Manager Kamran Taufiq Khan briefed participants on the different stages of the incubation programme.
During the event, startup founders presented their business ideas and projects designed to address social and economic challenges.

Over the coming months, the selected entrepreneurs will receive mentorship, professional training and workspace facilities. The programme will also help them connect with potential investors and industry partners.
The initiative aims to turn innovative ideas into viable businesses, strengthen links between startups and industry, and encourage young entrepreneurs to contribute to Pakistan’s growing digital economy.
