LAHORE: The Lahore anti-terrorism court (ATC) rejected the bail application of former Punjab health minister Yasmin Rashid on Tuesday.
PTI leader Yasmin Rashid was facing charges in a case registered by Shadman police related to alleged involvement in a ransacking incident.
ATC Judge Arshad Javed dismissed the bail plea, citing new sections added to the case and the former minister’s recent two-day physical remand.
The court deemed Yasmin Rashid’s bail application inadmissible and rejected the request.
