ISLAMABAD – On Pakistan’s Independence Day, the Shakarparian Parade Ground will host a spectacular Defence Equipment Exhibition, showcasing the nation’s military strength to the public.
Across the country, preparations for Independence Day and the victory of the “Maarka-e-Haq” are at their peak. On 14 August, the Shakarparian Parade Ground will open its gates for visitors at 10 AM.
The Defence Equipment Exhibition will feature a wide range of military hardware used by Pakistan’s armed forces during the “Maarka-e-Haq.” Visitors will see fighter jets, tanks, heavy artillery, rocket launcher vehicles, armoured carriers, and other combat equipment.
Advanced radar systems that played a crucial role in the battle will also be on display. The Pakistan Air Force will perform an impressive flypast, while a thrilling parachute jump show will entertain the crowd.
Various stalls, cultural programs, and military bands will add colour to the celebrations. The bands will play national songs, igniting patriotic fervour among the audience.
The aim of this grand Defence Equipment Exhibition is to allow every citizen to take part in the joy of this historic day and to highlight the pride of the nation.
