A tragic House Collapse in Mardan occurred on Monday night when heavy rain caused the roof of a weak house to cave in, killing a couple and injuring their teenage son.
The incident took place in the Loond Khorh area of Mardan, where the family was sleeping inside their home when the roof suddenly collapsed. The weakened structure could not withstand the rain, leading to a deadly accident.
As a result of the House Collapse in Mardan, 60-year-old Shah Wazir and his wife died on the spot after being buried under the debris. Their 18-year-old son, Siddique, was critically injured in the incident.
Police and Rescue 1122 teams quickly reached the site and launched a rescue operation with the help of local residents. They managed to recover the bodies of the couple from the rubble and pulled out the injured teenager alive.
